Adipeau Strong gel corporel

Adipeau Strong Body Gel is a 147.9 mL firming gel for face and body that is formulated to tone dermal fat cells and support your skin's own collagen and elastin production. Adipeau describes it as targeting weak or crepe like areas to improve texture and firmness for a smoother, more toned appearance. Key botanicals include black ginger, artemisia and evodia fruit extract. It is $126 CAD.

It suits anyone noticing weak, puffy or crepe like skin on the neck, arms and legs, including the sagging and fine lines that come with age or sun exposure. Adipeau notes that weak areas tend to appear where skin is subject to frequent muscle movement, and crepe like areas are largely driven by sun. It is not an exfoliant or a quick fix; skip it on broken skin.

Apply the gel to weak or crepe like skin on the neck, arms and legs, smoothing it over the area until absorbed. Adipeau does not specify an amount or frequency for the gel itself, so follow the carton; a once or twice daily application after showering, before body lotion, is the practical routine. For areas that are both puffy and hollow, Adipeau suggests combining it with Adipeau Active Face Cream.

Adipeau says you can experience noticeable improvements in texture and firmness in as little as four weeks, with continued gains from consistent use. The 147.9 mL bottle covers several weeks to a few months depending on how many areas you use it on. Judge it after at least a month of daily use rather than a few days.

Adipeau's own pro tip is to combine Strong Body Gel with Adipeau Active Face Cream on areas that are both weak or puffy and show volume loss, such as the neck. Apply the gel, let it absorb, then your body moisturizer. On the neck and face, follow with your usual serum and moisturizer, and sunscreen by day since sun drives crepiness.

Patch test on a small area first, as with any new leave on product. Avoid applying to broken, irritated or freshly exfoliated skin, and keep it out of the eyes. Do not layer it in the same step as strong acids or retinol body products; use those at a different time of day. Sun protection matters, because Adipeau links crepe like skin to sun exposure.

Strong Body Gel is a 147.9 mL gel that tones dermal fat cells and firms weak, crepe like skin on the neck, arms and legs, and it includes dimethicone and beeswax for a smooth gel feel. Adipeau Volume Cream is a 60ml cream for the face and hands that works to restore lost volume and plump hollow, crepey areas. Use the gel for firming, the cream for volume.
