Yes. FOREO describes it as suitable for all skin types, and particularly for dry, lifeless skin that needs hydration and glow, with soothing allantoin to keep it calm. It hydrates without clogging pores, so normal and combination skin can use it as well. It is rose scented, so patch test if fragrance bothers your skin, and do not use it on broken or irritated skin.

Cleanse and dry your face. Take the sheet out of its sachet and place it on your face, smoothing it down. Without a device, relax for 20 minutes. With a UFO, attach it using the ring, select the mask routine on the device or FOREO app, and glide it around your face in slow circles. When done, pat the remaining essence into your skin or remove excess with a cotton pad, then moisturize.

The pack holds 3 single-use sheet masks. Once or twice a week is plenty for a hydrating mask, so a pack lasts a couple of weeks. FOREO says dry, tired skin looks refreshed in about 2 minutes with a UFO, and the 20-minute sheet version gives the same dewy result at a slower pace. The plumping of fine lines is something to judge over several weeks of regular use.

Follow it with a serum and moisturizer to seal in the hydration, and with sunscreen in the morning. It is a lovely pre-event mask because the glow is instant. Keep them apart. Use the mask in its own session and save retinol or exfoliating acids for another evening, so your skin is not overloaded. Avoid broken, sunburnt or irritated skin. If you pair the mask with a UFO after a peel, laser or injectables, wait until your provider says it is safe. If your skin is reactive, patch test on a small area first.
