Can I use Omnilux Clear Bundle (2 Masks) with my current cleanser and serums?
Yes. Use it with the products Omnilux recommends in the How to use tab (usually a non abrasive cleanser or the conductive gel the device calls for), then apply your serums and moisturizer afterwards. Keep exfoliating acids and retinol to the evenings you are not using the device until your skin is used to both.
Is there a warranty, and is it covered when I buy from WeDoSkin?
Yes. Because WeDoSkin is an authorized Omnilux retailer, the manufacturer warranty applies in full; keep your WeDoSkin order confirmation as proof of purchase and register the device with Omnilux if the brand asks for it. If anything is wrong on arrival, contact us first and we will sort it out with the brand for you.
