Standard Return Policy (Without Checkout+)

Under our standard policy, opened, used, unsealed, or tested products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes all skincare, serums, creams, SPF, hair care, makeup, beauty tools, and devices.

We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items in original packaging within 100 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Standard return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Enhanced Return Policy for Checkout+ Orders

If you added Checkout+ at checkout, you have access to an enhanced return program, including:

  • 45-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee — opened and gently used products may be returned.
  • Free prepaid return label on eligible returns.
  • Delivery protection for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • Fast resolution — most claims reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Checkout+ must be added at checkout and cannot be added later. We reserve the right to restrict Checkout+ benefits in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.


Items Not Returnable

  • Items returned more than 45 days after delivery (Checkout+)
  • Items returned more than 100 days after purchase (standard returns)
  • Empty, heavily used, or tampered products
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
  • Beauty devices broken through user damage
  • Hair care and makeup — final sale
  • Free gifts unless returned unused and unopened

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Items must be returned for inspection before a resolution is issued.


Allergic Reaction Policy

If you experience an allergic reaction, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A refund or store credit will be issued for the affected item only. Shipping is non-refundable. Photos and/or a doctor’s note may be requested for verification.


Return Shipping Requirements

All standard returns (without Checkout+) must be shipped at the customer’s expense and insured for the full retail value. Proof of insurance is required. Non-insured returns may be rejected or subject to a 15% risk coverage fee.


Return Processing Time

Return processing times vary. We review all returns carefully to ensure fairness and accuracy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.


Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or special sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a sale item is cancelled before shipping, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
