Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this, they are typically already in the fulfillment queue and cannot be stopped.
What happens if I miss my delivery? +
The carrier will usually leave a notice for pickup at your local post office or hub. If not collected, it will be returned to us, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Without Checkout+: Due to safety and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items with seals intact within 100 days.

With Checkout+, return shipping is 100% free. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our Calgary facility.
How long do refunds take? +
Once received, we process returns within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–7 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
What if my pump is defective? +
