Shipping Policy

At WeDoSkin, we are committed to providing fast, reliable and transparent shipping across Canada. Please review the details below to understand processing times, holiday expectations, delivery responsibilities, address requirements and Checkout+ protection.


Shipping Speeds and Processing Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 1 to 5 business days depending on your province.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Orders over 599 dollars qualify for complimentary express delivery.

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and Canada Post. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.


High Volume & Holiday Shipping Advisory

During major promotional events (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, and site-wide sales) as well as the peak holiday season, national shipping carriers experience extraordinary order volumes. While WeDoSkin processes orders rapidly, transit times may be extended.

  • Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed during major holidays or high-volume sale periods.
  • Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for order processing during these peak events.
  • Express shipping options may be delayed or temporarily suspended due to carrier capacity limits.
  • To ensure fast fulfillment, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed during major sales.
  • Carrier tracking updates may take longer to sync, and some partners provide only major milestone updates rather than detailed step-by-step scans.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered final. Checkout+ is strongly recommended for comprehensive loss, damage, and theft protection.

CashBack Rewards

  • CashBack Rewards may be earned on qualifying orders when Checkout+ is selected.
  • CashBack becomes available 30 days after delivery and can be used toward future purchases.
  • CashBack is not earned on cancelled, refunded or returned orders.

PO Box and Rural Address Shipping

Orders shipping to PO Boxes or rural addresses require a flat $25 fee and are delivered exclusively by Canada Post. Due to ongoing service inconsistencies with Canada Post, we recommend using a residential address whenever possible for a smoother delivery experience.


Shipping Address Policy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • WeDoSkin does not verify or correct addresses. Any address error is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address cannot be refunded.
  • If you recently moved, please update your address manually to avoid autofill errors.
  • Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Delivery Responsibility

  1. Delivery to Door or Community Box: Orders are delivered to your doorstep or community mailbox. Once tracking shows Delivered, the order becomes the customer's responsibility.
  2. Signature Option: You may add Signature Required Delivery for $24.50 if package theft is a concern.
  3. No Special Delivery Instructions: Delivery drivers cannot fulfill handwritten or special instructions such as leaving parcels in hidden or specific locations.
  4. Residential Addresses Only: We ship only to residential addresses. If an order is returned due to a commercial or inaccessible address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
  5. Lost or Stolen Packages Without Checkout+: Packages marked Delivered but not received cannot be refunded or replaced under standard shipping.

Shipping Protection with Checkout+

Checkout+ provides premium protection for your shipment when added at checkout. It covers:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen deliveries
  • Damaged shipments
  • Misdelivered or misplaced packages

How to File a Checkout+ Claim

  1. Ensure Checkout+ was added during checkout.
  2. Visit the claim portal here: Submit a Checkout+ Claim
  3. Enter your order number and email address.
  4. Upload photos if you are reporting damage.
  5. Submit your claim. Most claims are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.

If You Did Not Add Checkout+

Orders placed without Checkout+ are not insured by WeDoSkin. Packages marked Delivered that are later lost or stolen are not eligible for refund or replacement through our standard policy.
