Reached out to the customer support line and received quick responses always. Though I needed to wait a few weeks for my order, due some unforeseen circumstances like a warehouse move, weather delays, I was always reassured and responded to whenever I reached out with kindness. I appreciated the responses and follow ups. Once my order was on its way I received messages letting me know that. It was nice to see that this company took ownership for the delay, did what they could to make it up to me and acknowledge it. Definitely made me happy.
