Did anyone else have issues with releasing the crystals into the bottle by pressing down? I seem to have an issue with mine because no matter how hard I tried depress it would not release the crystals. I actually had to use a hammer lol to get the crystals to release isn’t that funny and it worked maybe it was just me

Are the bacteria in BIOJUVE actually alive?
Yes. The Living Biome Essentials Serum contains living C. acnes defendens. They are dormant in the bottle and "wake up" when they hit the proteins in your skin and the Activation Mist. This allows them to actively colonize and repair the skin overnight.
Can I use my Retinol with BIOJUVE?
It is generally recommended to stop other actives for the first 4-6 weeks while your biome resets. Once your new microbiome is established, you can slowly reintroduce retinols, but do not apply them at the same time as the Living Biome Serum (evening).
Why do I need the Conditioning Cleanse?
Most cleansers contain antimicrobial agents or preservatives that kill bacteria. If you use a standard cleanser, you will kill the expensive Xycrobes you are applying. The Conditioning Cleanse is formulated to clean the skin while leaving the beneficial microbes intact.
Does it cause breakouts?
BIOJUVE uses a beneficial strain of *C. acnes* (subspecies *defendens*) that fights inflammation and pathogens. However, during the first week, some "purging" or acclimation is normal as your skin's ecosystem shifts from bad bacteria to good bacteria.
