Questions

Do I need to sign up?
No. Every WeDoSkin order of $75 or more earns marks automatically. Open your card any time at track.wedoskin.ca/ritual with your order number and email.
When do marks show up?
Pending the moment you order, confirmed 14 days after delivery. A returned or refunded order does not earn its marks.
How do I redeem?
Tap Redeem on your card. Product rewards are packed with your next order. Shipping rewards become a single-use code tied to your email, valid 60 days. A reward not used in 60 days returns its marks to the card.
Do marks expire?
A mark lasts 12 months from the day it is earned, rolling, so an active customer never loses one. Your card shows anything expiring soon.
Is this the same as cashback?
No, you get both. Cashback is 5% of every order as store credit for checkout, 10% for Ritual Noir. Marks are collected on the card and spent on products and perks. Marks never convert to cash or a discount.
Does a discount code order still earn marks?
Yes. Marks are counted on the subtotal after your code, before shipping and tax. $75 or more after the code earns at least one mark.
Can I see my card on my phone?
Yes. Your order page works on any phone, no app. An Apple Wallet pass for The Ritual Card is coming soon.
