Head of Ecommerce

This is the most important hire we make this year — and we are not in a rush to fill it with the wrong person. We are a fast-growing multi-brand DTC skincare operation running on Shopify Plus across Canada and the United States. We have the infrastructure, the brands, the traffic, and the loyalty program. We're now looking for a dedicated operator who owns the full ecommerce P&L and drives it forward with the urgency and intelligence this business deserves.
You will report directly to the founders. There are no layers between you and the decisions. That means you move fast, you own outcomes, and you are expected to walk in on day one knowing what needs to happen — not spend 90 days auditing. We run Klaviyo/Attentive across all brands, Shopify Plus with full checkout extensibility, a loyalty program already active, and paid search already managed. What is wide open: Meta, TikTok, CVR optimisation, email flow architecture, AOV strategy, bundle merchandising, and a brand launch pipeline that is actively adding new clinical and premium skincare brands. This is not a role for someone who needs to be told what to do. You own this lane.
- Full portfolio revenue — CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rate, and LTV across all storefronts are your primary KPIs. You set the targets, you own the outcomes, you report on them weekly.
- Klaviyo — you build and maintain the full lifecycle flow architecture from scratch across all brands: welcome series, abandon cart, browse abandon, post-purchase replenishment, winback, VIP early access, and sunset flows.
- Paid social — you manage and direct our Social & Paid specialist on Meta and TikTok strategy, creative direction, and ROAS targets.
- Shopify Plus — you own the full suite of Plus tools: checkout extensibility, native bundles, product quiz architecture, and PDP improvements across the top-revenue SKUs.
Affiliate & Growth Manager

We are looking for a powerhouse Affiliate Manager to own our partnership ecosystem. This isn't just about managing a dashboard; it’s about recruiting, nurturing, and scaling relationships that move the needle in the North American market. You own this like a mofo. You are the bridge between our brands and the creators, influencers, and affiliates who drive our top-of-funnel growth.
You will work directly with our creative team to ensure affiliates have every resource they need—custom landing pages, exclusive offers, high-converting UGC, and creative assets. This is a high-accountability role where your success is measured in new customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Affiliate Recruitment — Proactively hunt and onboard top-tier affiliates and partners within the skincare, wellness, and men's health niches.

- Creative Enablement — Work with our internal creative team to develop high-performing assets, briefs, and resources specifically for affiliate and influencer use.
- Influencer & UGC Coordination — Manage the end-to-end relationship with creators to ensure content is delivered, indexed, and performing.

Customer Experience Specialist (2 Positions)

We are looking for two empathetic, professional, and product-obsessed individuals to join our support team. This is not a "script-reading" job. You will be the front line for our clinical skincare brands, answering calls, texts, emails, and live chats from customers who care deeply about their skin health. You need to be friendly, professional, and have a genuine desire to help people.
Medical-grade skincare knowledge is a major plus, but we will train you on the science. Your primary goal is CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). Whether a customer is tracking an order or asking for a routine recommendation for acne-prone skin, you provide a premium experience every single time.
- Multichannel Support — Rapidly respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias (Live Chat, Email, Text) and phone calls.

Logistics & Operations Manager

Every fast-growing DTC operation has a silent engine running underneath it — the person who makes sure inventory never runs out, vendors are paid and happy, and purchase orders land on time. That engine is you. You monitor, anticipate, and act — and when something does go wrong, you already have a solution ready.
We operate multiple brands across Canada and the US with fulfilment on both sides of the border. This role requires someone who understands ecommerce inventory dynamics — the relationship between stock levels, promo calendars, and sales velocity.
- Inventory management — monitor stock levels across all SKUs daily. You know sales velocity and flag risk of stockout at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Purchase orders — raise POs on time based on forecasts, track through to receipt, and maintain a clear PO pipeline report.
- Vendor relationships — primary daily point of contact for our brand partners. Maintain professional relationships and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Returns processing — oversee complete returns workflow from customer initiation through to resolution.
