Does cashback apply to AlumierMD, SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health and the other brands?
Yes, every brand on the site earns cashback. The product page shows the exact amount you get back on each product at today's rate. A small number of devices are excluded, and those pages simply show no cashback line.
Do I have to join, create an account or enter a code?
No. Every order placed with your email earns cashback automatically. To spend it you sign in at checkout with that email (a one-time code is emailed to you, no password) and tick Store credit. There is never a code to enter.
When does the cashback show up?
7 days after your parcel is delivered. Until then your order page at track.wedoskin.ca shows it as on the way, with the date. An order that is returned or cancelled before that day earns nothing.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in at account.wedoskin.ca with the email you order with. Your balance, and the expiry date of every amount, is under Store credit. Your order pages at track.wedoskin.ca show it too.
Does WeDoSkin cashback expire?
Each amount is valid for 180 days from the day it lands on your account. We email you 14 days before an amount expires, so nothing slips away unnoticed.
Can I use cashback together with a sale price or a discount code?
Yes. Store credit is a payment, not a discount, so it works on top of sale prices and codes. The order you pay for with it earns cashback as well.
Is it the same as Ritual Marks?
No, and you get both on the same order. Cashback is money on your account for checkout. Ritual Marks collect on your Ritual Card and are spent on free products and perks.
Can I cash it out or give it to someone else?
No. It has no value outside wedoskin.ca and stays on the account it was earned on. It is for your next order, and the one after that.
What happens to my cashback if I return an order?
A returned or cancelled order does not earn cashback, and any credit already issued for that order is taken back from your balance.
