Route provides package protection for your WeDoSkin order. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route makes it easy to file a claim and get a replacement or refund quickly.

How much does Route cost?
Route protection only costs a few dollars. The exact amount appears automatically at checkout, and you’ll see it clearly listed before payment. For most orders, it’s just a small fee (often under $5) to fully insure your parcel against loss, theft, or damage.

How do I file a claim?
Make sure Route protection was added at checkout.
File a claim through Route’s claim portal or the Route app using your order number and email.
Provide any details or photos if requested.
Route reviews and processes your claim quickly, usually within 1–2 business days.

Can I add Route after my order is placed?
No — Route must be added at checkout. Once an order is placed without protection, it cannot be added later.
What if I didn’t purchase Route?
If you didn’t select Route at checkout, your order isn’t covered under Route’s insurance policy. We’ll still assist you the best we can, but Route’s quick replacement or refund process won’t apply.
