Excellent product looks amazing on the skin

Did anyone else have issues with releasing the crystals into the bottle by pressing down? I seem to have an issue with mine because no matter how hard I tried depress it would not release the crystals. I actually had to use a hammer lol to get the crystals to release isn’t that funny and it worked maybe it was just me
