Releasing the Crystals

Did anyone else have issues with releasing the crystals into the bottle by pressing down? I seem to have an issue with mine because no matter how hard I tried depress it would not release the crystals. I actually had to use a hammer lol to get the crystals to release isn’t that funny and it worked maybe it was just me

I bought an Omnilux product that didn't work, from WeDoSkin. Their was a miscommunication about how I should proceed (possibly my fault). I expressed my frustration with a bad review. I am here to say that WeDoSkin has refunded my payment. One thing, I had to pay postage to return the product. I am against Amazon but their policy of easy returns is tempting.
