FOREO PEACH Cooling Prep Gel

The FOREO PEACH Cooling Prep Gel is a cooling gel-to-toner made to prep skin for IPL hair removal with FOREO PEACH devices. Centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid and aloe vera soothe and hydrate, peppermint cools, and panthenol and vitamin E support the skin barrier, helping the device glide smoothly over body and facial areas. FOREO lists 17 plant extracts and 97% natural origin ingredients. The bottle holds 100 mL.

Anyone using a FOREO PEACH IPL device, and especially people whose skin runs sensitive, dry or redness-prone after shaving or light sessions. FOREO says it calms, hydrates and reduces redness and sensitivity before, during and after IPL. Check the ingredient list if you have known allergies to botanicals such as peppermint, chamomile or aloe, and patch test on a small area first.

Shave all visible hair from the area you plan to work on, then apply the gel and massage it in until it is fully absorbed, so no film is left on the skin before IPL. Plug in your PEACH 2, set the intensity with the + and - buttons or the FOREO app, and run your session as usual. You can also apply it afterwards to cool and soothe the skin.

The bottle holds 100 mL. How far it goes depends on the size of the areas you are working on: legs use much more than the upper lip. Used only on session days as FOREO's schedule suggests, one bottle covers many sessions. Let it absorb completely before IPL, since the PEACH 2 instructions ask for skin free of lotions, oils or creams during flashing. Do not apply it to broken, irritated or sunburned skin, keep it away from the eyes, and skip exfoliating acids or retinol on the area around session days. If any redness or stinging persists after use, stop and talk to your skincare provider.
