What is Dehydrated Skin?

Dehydrated skin lacks water—not oil—due to a weakened skin barrier that allows moisture to escape. It often appears dull, flaky, or tight and may highlight fine lines and dark circles. Environmental factors, harsh products, or lifestyle choices can worsen dehydration. Emollience helps reinforce the skin barrier and replenish lost hydration, restoring comfort and radiance.

How to Use

Morning and/or evening:

After cleansing and applying a SkinCeuticals antioxidant serum (AM) or retinol (PM), apply a generous amount of Emollience to the face, neck, and chest.

1. Follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
